Any final booking, modification, or cancellation is performed by the respective travel provider.

1. Services Provided

Reservation Paths offers independent travel assistance including but not limited to:

  • Flight reservation guidance and policy explanation
  • Booking modification support (date changes, name corrections, etc.)
  • Cancellation assistance and refund guidance
  • Cruise reservation support
  • Car rental assistance
  • Multi‑city and group travel coordination support

Our assistance is provided via phone, email, or online inquiry. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., refunds, seat upgrades, or fare discounts) as those are determined by airlines and travel providers.

2. No Airline or Travel Provider Affiliation

Reservation Paths is an independent entity. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a representative of any airline, cruise line, hotel chain, car rental company, or travel brand. All trademarks, logos, and brand names mentioned on our website or during calls are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Contacting us is not the same as contacting an airline directly.

3. Service Fees & Payment

We charge service fees for the travel assistance we provide. Fees are disclosed before you engage our services (either on our website or during the initial phone consultation). You are not obligated to proceed if you do not agree with the fee structure.

  • Phone assistance: Fees may be quoted per incident or per call.
  • Research & modification support: Fees vary based on complexity.
  • Cancellation assistance: Fees apply regardless of refund outcome.

Service fees are non‑refundable once work has commenced, except as provided in our Refund Policy. We accept major credit cards and payment methods via secure third‑party processors.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information (passenger names, booking references, travel dates, etc.)
  • Cooperate with our specialists during the assistance process
  • Understand that final decisions on bookings, cancellations, and refunds rest solely with the airline or travel provider
  • Not misuse our services or make fraudulent claims
  • Pay any service fees agreed upon before assistance is rendered

5. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reservation Paths shall not be liable for:

  • Any denial of service, cancellation, or change by an airline, cruise line, or travel provider
  • Flight delays, overbookings, lost baggage, or any other travel‑related issue caused by third parties
  • Financial losses resulting from non‑refundable tickets or penalties imposed by travel providers
  • Errors in information provided by third parties (e.g., airline policy changes)
  • Consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of our assistance

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total service fees paid by you to Reservation Paths in the 30 days preceding the claim.

6. No Guarantee of Refunds or Changes

We will use reasonable efforts to assist you with modification or cancellation requests. However, airlines and travel providers have their own policies, and we cannot guarantee that any specific change or refund will be granted. You acknowledge that some fares are non‑refundable, change fees may apply, and certain requests may be denied by the travel provider.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, graphics, logos, icons) is the property of Reservation Paths or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our written permission.

8. Privacy & Data Use
